When the Software displays our Website, this Policy applies. However, when using the DataPortal feature to access third-party websites (e.g., Google Maps, SAFER Web), you are subject to the privacy policies and terms of those third parties. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the data collection, cookies, or tracking technologies utilized by these external sites.

Important: The Software does not transmit your CRM notes or your internal prospecting data to us by default. We do not collect your search queries inside the Software, the specific FMCSA records you view, or the CRM notes you create. That data remains on your device unless you choose to export or share it yourself.

IMPORTANT: BECAUSE WE DO NOT HOST OR TRANSMIT YOUR CRM NOTES, WE HAVE NO ABILITY TO RECOVER DATA LOST DUE TO HARDWARE FAILURE, SOFTWARE UNINSTALLATION, OR SYSTEM RESETS. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BACKUP, SECURITY, AND INTEGRITY OF YOUR DATA. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS, CORRUPTION, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO LICENSEE DATA STORED ON YOUR DEVICES.
